Industrial rigging and heavy lifts, planned before the pick.

Tanks, vessels, skids, structural steel and production equipment rigged, lifted and set safely, even in tight plant spaces.

How we do it

Industrial Rigging from CPR Machinery Movers.

Good rigging starts with a plan: the load, its center of gravity, the pick points, the path and the landing. Our riggers work it out before the lift so the day of the job is calm and predictable.

We pick and carry with our 20-ton Broderson carry deck crane, handle heavy machinery with Versa-Lifts that include a boom attachment for overhead picks, and bring the slings, shackles, jacks, rollers and skates each job needs. For bigger picks we coordinate the right mobile crane and rig it ourselves.

We have been moving industry since 2006, from our headquarters in Bishopville, South Carolina and our locations in Augusta, Georgia and Gainesville, Texas.

Questions

Industrial Rigging FAQ

What is the heaviest load you can rig?

It depends on the setup. Our own fleet covers most in-plant work, and for larger picks we coordinate the right crane. Tell us the weight and dimensions and we will plan it.

Do you provide a carry deck crane?

Yes. Our 20-ton Broderson carry deck crane can pick and carry loads across a plant floor or yard, operated by our crew.

Do you work around other trades?

Yes. We often rig and set equipment while piping, electrical and controls contractors work around us, and we can handle pipe fitting and welding ourselves.
